Lenards Chicken

Lenards Chicken in Waurn Ponds Geelong's end of lease was coming up and the owners had decided it was time to vacate.  Affordable Defits was engaged to manage the entire process all the way to on site handover to Centre Management.

The project included removing an internal wall dividing the shop from the storage and preparation area as well as removal of the cool room, display fridges, benches and sinks.  All services were removed in the ceiling and the plaster ceiling.  The most challenging aspect to the job was the removal of the floor tiles and lino and getting the floor level.

The end result was an empty shell, ready for its new tenants to make their mark on!
