One of the challenges of this defit was the process for moving items in and out of the tenancy due to it being a high traffic area. In consultation with Metro we came up with a plan of attack that would minimise disruptions to pedestrians and visitors to Flinders St Station.

We provided Metro with site specific SWMS and a detailed timeline of events which included early morning starts for the movement of debris and items.

We used enclosed 1000l wheelie bins for removal of rubbish and debris to minimise any rubbish spilling onto footpaths and becoming a hazard to people passing by.

At handover, we were praised for the quality of the works and cleanliness of the site and we look forward to another project at this icon Melbourne landmark.
