Roll'd Southland

Roll'd provides fresh, traditional Vietnamese streetfood. Affordable Defits was chosen to dismantle their Southland restaurant in preparation for new tenants. 

The project required taking the space back to a clean shell and included dismantling all internal walls, plaster ceilings and flooring.  After the flooring was removed, the concrete subfloor required grinding back to a smooth surface. A restaurant cool room, kitchen exhaust canopy, and all joinery was dismantled and removed. 

Redundant lighting was disconnected and all electrics were made safe. A final, detailed cleanup was completed and all rubbish was safely disposed of.
