Lemon Bite Cafe

The Lemon Bite café at DFO Essendon Fields which was sub-leased from Bed Bath & Table required a defit so that Bed Bath & Table could expand their premises.

Works involved removal of coolroom, plaster ceiling and droppers working off a scissor lift, all fittings, fixtures as well as capping off gas and plumbing.

As the area was exposed the the next door tenancy, we also installed a polywoven sheet from roof perlons to ground floor to minimize dust.
