Ducky Brown Mornington

Ducky Brown Café in Mornington Central closed its doors mid 2022 and the Affordable Defit team were given the task of completing the defit works.

Works involved removal of all joinery, stock holding systems and counters as well as hydraulic disconnects which included cutting and disconnecting sewer points under slab and install fire rated pillows and mastic to penetrations.

Consideration needed to be given to the public and neighboring tenancy with the majority of the works being completed out of hours.
