Serving gourmet sandwiches, salads and carvery meats, Sandwich Chef are a well known retailer at many food courts around Australia. After deciding not to renew their lease, Affordable Defits was engaged to revert the Sandwich Chef retail space at Highpoint Shopping Centre back to a blank canvas, ready for its new tenant.
Works involved removal of front of house and back of house joinery as well as all fittings and fixtures. The dividing wall between the front and back of house was removed as well as flooring, ceiling and associated service disconnections.
Works were completed after hours to ensure no disruption to the shoppers and neighbouring tenanies.
The client was extremely happy with the works that were completed to centre management satisfaction and within the tight deadline.
